All formal service engagements, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing frameworks are governed by separate, mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs). The information on this website is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer of service.

3. Acceptable Use and Network Integrity

You agree to use our website and network infrastructure strictly for lawful purposes. You are explicitly prohibited from:

Utilizing our infrastructure to transmit illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized voice traffic, including non-compliant robocalls and spoofed caller IDs.
Attempting to disrupt, breach, or compromise the security, firewalls, or routing layers of our network.
Engaging in any activity that violates telecommunications regulations, including STIR/SHAKEN standards and Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) guidelines.

Drep Tech reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to any user or traffic stream found to be compromising network integrity or violating regulatory standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, slogans, technical descriptions, and visual assets displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Drep Tech and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.
